My team had been through a tremendous amount of leadership change (including myself), and working with Ali on the Enneagram provided a secure space for the team to learn more about themselves and each other in order for all of us to work together more effectively. Ali’s coaching style is incredibly engaging and thoughtful, she took the time to dive into decision making and feedback - two areas that we as a team needed to focus on. Since completing the workshop we have grown closer as a team, have mutual respect and understanding for each other’s motivations & ultimately are functioning better.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is an archetypal framework that uncovers our core motivations and is used to predict subconscious behaviors that cause us to show up in our work and life in specific ways.

There are 9 types each with its own psychodynamic profile of thought, feeling and action patterns. Understanding your Enneagram type is the key to unlocking your potential and illuminating your strengths, blindspots and opportunities for development.

Within a team construct, there are behavioral patterns and communication blocks that continue to perpetuate unless addressed in a supportive and open environment. The Enneagram helps you understand the why and provides a framework for a more engaged, productive and team built on trust and empathy.

As a certified Enneagram Practitioner, and executive coach through the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, Dare to Lead © trained and having completed the facilitator training with Tara Mohr for Playing Big, Ali has the tools that your employees need to feel more focused, inspired and confident. Using the Enneagram and other modalities will help your team understand their core motivations, communication style and blind spots.

Ali is an engaging and inspiring coach and facilitator, and it has been a pleasure to have her facilitate and teach at The Hivery. She understands the nuances of working with large groups and has the ability to make people feel seen and heard, even during unsettling times or challenging circumstances. Whether she is speaking on confidence, goal setting, mindset or building trust, Ali connects deeply with each participant, challenging the status quo and empowering each individual to move forward to meet their goals with a fresh new perspective. I look forward to working with Ali for years to come!
